APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applications for the GSAT program must be submitted through the UBC Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. Through their system, be sure to complete all questions, upload all required documentation, pay the application fee and submit before the deadline. A completed application means that all documents are uploaded and reference letters are received by the deadline. Hard-copies of supporting documentation will only be required once you have been accepted into the program.   

Applicants should try to secure a supervisor before submitting their application, but can do so after applying. ONLY applications for September entry will be considered for the GSAT rotation scholarship. If you are not selected for the rotation scholarship, a supervisor must be secured before you can be admitted to the program.
